ABOUT ALEXANDER PULLEN
A Human Resources scholar and senior certified professional, Alexander C. Pullen, Sr., SHRM-SCP, brings more than a decade of experience in executive coaching, HR strategy, and diversity and inclusion. As an HR Consultant and Solution Architect at the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Alexander partners with organizations to develop HR strategies that align with business objectives, build learning and development frameworks for HR departments, and deliver custom solutions tailored to unique organizational needs.
As a former HR Business Partner, Alexander has deep experience working with executives to understand their goals, craft targeted interventions, and empower leaders to drive meaningful change. His approach is grounded in authentic connections, helping leaders build resilience and achieve sustainable success within their teams and organizations.
Certified by the International Facilitators Organization and Everything DiSC®, Alexander is a sought-after speaker and facilitator known for creating psychologically safe and reflective spaces that encourage growth and transformation. Whether addressing a room of ten or a thousand, he delivers engaging, impactful experiences. His clients include the Society for Human Resource Management, the National Basketball Association, H&M, Chick-Fil-A, the Michael J. Alexander’s career has spanned leading organizations in technology, higher education, and consulting, including his role as Manager of Go-To-Market HR Business Partnerships at Salesloft, where he supported Sales and Marketing leaders in aligning talent strategies with business objectives. He has also held impactful roles at HubSpot, George Washington University, and DAI.
Our Expertise
Currently pursuing a doctorate at The George Washington University, Alexander’s research focuses on relational leadership and its role in building organizational resilience. He holds a B.A. from Howard University and an M.A. in HR Management from The Catholic University of America.
