I offer one-on-one coaching for leaders who are ready to close the gap between how they intend to lead and how they actually show up — in the room, under pressure, with the team in front of them.
My coaching isn't generic. It's grounded in your organizational context: the team dynamics you're navigating, the culture you're operating in, and the specific challenges in front of you right now. We work on what's real.

The Process

How it works:

  • Available in three- or six-month engagements
  • Sessions are 60–75 minutes, virtual or in person
  • Each engagement includes a discovery conversation to establish context and focus
  • Often follows a team engagement, though not required
  • Leading through conflict or organizational change
  • Closing the gap between intent and impact
  • Building credibility and influence with a new team or senior stakeholders
  • Sustaining momentum after a team reset
